FYInow was organized in the State of Connecticut as a manager-managed limited liability corporation in March 2005. Sullivan Scott, Jr., and Gregory Scott are the principals and co-founders of FYInow. Both have been centrally involved in the planning, including concept development, primary market research, concept validation, and prototype development, in collaboration with Theodore Haas, Jr. and numerous partners and consultants.
